1. How to protect at home?

Strengthening health awareness, proper exercise, ensuring sleep, and not staying up late can improve self-immunity.

Maintain good personal hygiene. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. Wash hands often and thoroughly without touching your eyes, nose or mouth with dirty hands.

Ventilate the room and keep it clean and tidy.

Try to avoid crowded and confined spaces, such as wearing masks if necessary.

Avoid touching wild animals and poultry.

Stick to safe eating habits. Eat meat and eggs cooked thoroughly.
