1. If you want to charge your quest while playing, the charging capability and overall speed will depend on the quality of your motherboard and your pc power supply.
2. Please make sure to plug the USB end into a USB 3.0 Type-A port on the motherboard of your PC to ensure optimal performance.
3. Not recommended any connections with external devices, such as USB Adapters, USB Hubs, USB extension cables, etc. as all those devices will cause data loss in oculus links.
4. Please make sure your computer has enough processing power-the graphics card version officially recommended by Oculus VR is NVIDIA GTX 970/980 or above.
5. If the oculus cable cannot be used normally, please log out of the Oculus application and log in again or turn off the power of the Oculus Quest VR headset and restart it.

1. Make sure the PTC(Public Test Channel) is disabled/Opted out/turned off.
2. Make sure you have the latest Oculus Home App software.
3. Please make sure your computer has enough processing power-the graphics card version officially recommended by Oculus VR is NVIDIA GTX 970/980 or above.
4. If the oculus cable cannot be used normally, please log out of the Oculus application and log in again or turn off the power of the Oculus Quest VR headset and restart it.
